The VLIR-UOS ICP Connect Scholarships offer fully funded opportunities for students from 30 eligible countries in Africa, Asia, and Latin America to pursue English-taught bachelor's or master's programs in Flanders, Belgium. VLIR-UOS

These scholarships cover tuition fees, travel expenses, insurance, and living costs for the entire duration of the program, which can be 12, 24, or 36 months. Eligible candidates are those who hold nationality and residency in one of the 30 specified countries, are under 35 years old for bachelor's or initial master's programs (under 45 for advanced master's), and preferably have professional experience in higher education, government, or civil society.
